The Proposal

The proposal by ES Coventry Ltd, a subsidiary company of MRP is for a replacement high quality mixed-use building to be used as student accommodation and with retail/ commercial uses to support the existing neighbourhood and future residents. The aim is to deliver a high-quality building with an excellent design and new public realm improvements.
